The noise is coming from the blower and from the chiller area. This should be within 85 dB (A) range, so you’re really looking at the blower room and its build. The blower room needs to be made of acoustic material that absorbs the noise as much as possible. The air inlets need to be directed away from any buildings like homes so that the noise is not going directly into the homes. And also, the tunnel needs to be as long as necessary to keep the dB levels reasonably low.
